Put all of the outstanding actions on the homepage like appointments and invites to join calls, don't expect users to click through multiple pages to find what they need, or make a call invite disappear when you've clicked on it once. Otherwise, users will assume they're appointment has been cancelled. Also, this app does not take daylight's saving into consideration. I had an appointment for 11am BST but when I click into the link to join the appointment the timer is one hour behind.

Booking appointments takes ages, appointments don't show up at all, or are inconsistent. The countdown for appointments doesn't account for the clocks changing (shows and extra 1h to go). For the entire countdown the mic is in use, this should only be when the call is answered. The proximity sensor doesn't activate for in-app calls. Neither the microphone or speaker works in in-app calls. The back button doesn't work on certain pages. This feels like pre-release software released early.

Works ok but some fairly fundamental bugs need fixing: 1) first time I went in it said my appointment had been cancelled. On completely closing & re-opening the app, appt was still there as expected. 2) there is a timezone mismatch in the online appt section - my appt was 8:30am but on trying to join the app said it was in 1 hours time. A minute later the doctor then joined, at 8:30. 3) The doctor was very quiet, suggested put on speaker. No obvious way to enable that - solved with headset.
