About this app
Drone Nation allows new pilots to find someone to Learn from, or to Fly with, while it gives experienced pilots a chance to pass on what they've learned. If you enable location services, Drone Nation will use location in the background to alert you when pilots are flying nearby.
We've included all sorts of cool tools to make it easier and more fun to fly with friends, including proximity alerts, interactive maps, sections devoted to sharing your favorite videos, and a versatile video frequency management section.
We gamify the process to make it fun, You'll receive Props when you help a member by teaching them about our hobby. You can track your progress helping others on our Standings page.

so far seems like a good app with many in my area wish there was something like this to meet different paintball players lol

This app is very helpful for finding pilots and fliying locations. 3 stars because some things dont work as they should. For some reason its been saying internal server error for weeks when i try to set how long ive been flying for. Edit: was 3 star but all the problems i was experiencing were fixed the same day i left the review. Great app and great customer service 5 stars

We were not aware of this error, it has not been reported before - thx for letting us know. Sorry for the bad experience - we will troubleshoot this tonight. There are multiple places in the app where a pilot can enter flight experience. Would you be willing to contact us (support@dronenation.org) to describe where exactly this occurred.

*edit* since the previous review the creators have rectified the issue! really awesome dudes!! highly recommend this app for any pilot. learning or otherwise. Going in my tool kit as a must have 🤘😎 would get more stars, but something needs to be done about notifications in the app. No way to filter and gets flooded with irrelevant alerts. That's great that someone posted a comment to someone else.

Totally agree with you. I was unable to get Notification controls done before the Championships last weekend. We are adding these controls in March - until then I will turn off some Notifications to reduce frustration.. I focused on stability of both platforms before the event, but should have made this more of a priority - sorry about that.
