Also, that KYC thing doesn't seem update anything on the app because the personal details remain unchanged in the app menu. However, it does seem to update things in the Telecom database I believe. PS: By the way, I see no reason to choose T over B, and likewise. I am stuck in a love/hate relationship with the both.

The app tends to experience server busy at the most crucial moments, especially during offers. As a renowned company, there's room for improvement in both user experience and user interface to ensure a smoother and more reliable service. The prolonged wait for improvements has been disappointing.
