It's great when it works, but there are constant problems with this app. logging it the current one, so I miss calls. I've had to reinstall it a few times. If you have Bluetooth devices attached to your phone, it will continue to ring on those devices at times when you've answered the call on your phone. It also often has poor quality for the person at the other end describing it as distorted or echoey.

Had an ongoing issue with the app cutting me off after about 50secs while on the phone through Bluetooth in vehicles (does same on 3 different make and models). After months ( talking last year) of explaining and going round in circles, they still haven't fixed it, even though they now admit it is an issue. They haven't had the decency to even update me for well over a month. I don't even answer now while driving which is not good for business. Really disappointing and poor service.

Since the last update it no longer stays logged in, which means no calls get received. Leaving the app open in the background doesn't help either. Have tried reinstalling. Still no good. I'm having to log back in every time I open the app, and even logging in can take two or three attempts. Very frustrating and makes it a pretty useless app now. Was mostly okay before.

What's new

We regularly update the Cloud Voice Express app, based on your suggestions.
This update includes changes to how we authenticate you when you sign in to the app, so you'll notice changes in the sign-in screen.
If you're already using the app, you'll need to sign in again to make sure you're properly authenticated.
It also includes some minor fixes to improve the experience.
