The app feels like it was designed by a first-year computer sciences major. No way to stay logged in, no ability to log in with a fingerprint or with previous credentials. It frequently logs out, often as you're trying to use your ticket. No notifications for late trains. It's just sub par. Now the service won't allow you to choose your seat. Want to face forward? Maybe you will and maybe you won't. Want to NOT share a work surface with three others? Well, that's not your choice either.

Fall asleep and pass your stop? Pay to go back the other way. Was your train late? No credit for you. 'Late' for a train that hasn't arrived to the station? Too bad, boarding that hasn't started is closed. Want to set and forget your password? Better not cause you will be periodically logged out. Want to turn off the renewal of your passes? Better have access to a web browser cause the app doesn't allow that. Don't forget to read the 'fine print' on the commuter pass.

Love, love Brighline! But your app needs attention ASAP! Telling me please wait with the spinning wheel of death. Ehen i tried to book a trip. I have been waiting but my patiences is running out.... can do anything on it. 4/21/24 - Login issue. I am terribly at remembering passwords. This app will not keep you logged in...which means I have to reset everytime I need to use the app. Can we please have a app that is even halfway decent?
