Would love to be able to use this app offline and in the background. Having more selection in sound options, too, would be nice. I've emailed multiple times about an issue in one of the exercises, but it still isn't fixed a year or more later. The information tied to each exercise I find useful to know and enjoy to have on hand.

This is a super useful app with just the free version. However, my experience is not the greatest and it makes me not want to pay 45$ for the premium service. The sounds of the inhale often just sound as if it's repeating and being placed infront rather than smooth transitions. It's distracting. As well it's clear that most things are locked under premium but you have to explore each item to know. Why make it feel as if I can access more?

I liked the visuals. It's calming because you know what's coming and it's easy to get into the rhythm. The free version (only 1 minute) is too short to provide any benefits. Sometimes the voice is annoying, like Dr so and so developed this technique, sounds like promotion and not appropriate during meditation.

Thanks for the feedback. Breathwork has been shown to be effective even under a minute. You can disable the voice on breath exercises that have a voice track if you don't want to hear it. You can also get a free trial for the Pro subscription to see the many benefits of upgrading.
