Was able to download app and sync but painfully slow to purchase anything. I thought the app wasn't working but if you wait 4-5 minutes after clicking on anything it will finally go there. I finally went to the website on my PC and realized it was just as slow but at least gave an indicator that it was trying.

Hi Douglas! We have recently updated our app, which included fixes on minor bugs as well as improvements to the licenses page. I encourage you to download the latest version. Please let us know if you still experience the same issue with the latest version. - ID

The app seems like it would work great, except for the fact that I cannot update my account information accurately. I grew up in Iowa and moved away, so I have an account in the system tied to my SSN. However, my account is also linked to my Iowa license from 2009, and the app won't allow me to update my driver's license number or state. Therefore, I'm unable to legally purchase an out-of-state fishing license through the app or the website.
