I ordered on the app on February 6th but it sent the order to the wrong store. Because of the app causing this, they refunded the money to the app, which was $21.25. I logged in when I received the email and confirmed it was in my account. Since the app was updated, it is no longer showing this balance. I ged on today to place an order and it says I have $0 on my account. I emailed the support address on 4/16 to notify them about this so they could put fix this and no one has gotten back to me.

The last update was Dec 2017. It's currently Feb 2021. Truth be told, the app looks like it hasn't been touched since 2015. While the menu is mostly up to date, it looks VERY out-dated. Many of the pages are wonky or don't work very well. Payments are not consistent which can cause unwanted problems. Furthermore, employees have told me that they often discourage customers from using the app as it tends to create a lot of problems for the customer. While it's nice that Brooklyn Water Bagel is trying to stay with the times, they need to be consistent with it. This app is old, clunky, not at all aesthetically pleasing, and needs to be totally revamped. In short, if you frequent Brooklyn Water Bagel, you probably know that you're best to get rewards by entering/giving your phone number rather than attempting to use this app.
