This application is an online booking platform for all classes and courses offered in our training center located in the heart of Mile-Ex, in Montreal.

It will allow you to book your classes, buy your subscriptions and make your purchases in our online store. It will also give you access to Gymnase TV, our on-demand video library. Example of classes offered: Calisthenics, Locomotion, Pilates and posture, High intensity, Mobility, Longevity…

Gymnasium is a training center where healthy movement habits are promoted. It offers group classes of different intensities, private sessions, sports programs and treatments with health professionals (physiotherapists, massage therapists, osteopaths, nutritionists).

Gymnasium is a break during the day that contributes both to mental health and to the reappropriation of one's body, through functional and intelligent training.
