About Corepilates:

Corepilates in Boechout is the reference for Pilates, Barre and Yoga workouts in the Antwerp southern edge. With almost 50 hours of lessons per week, taught by 10+ teachers, we help more than 200 women in the area to feel better about themselves, to live painlessly and to avoid injuries.
We distinguish ourselves as a boutique studio with small groups (max 8-10 people) and personal guidance with every workout so that you can exercise without fear and in an extremely beautiful environment and work on your ideal health. The workouts help you to reduce stress and to grow a healthier, more flexible and sportier body. The studio is equipped with its own mats, accessories, towels, a shower, fresh drinks and a relaxation room, everything to come and exercise carefree.

All lessons are given by recognized (plus internally trained) teachers. We get a lot of recommendations from physiotherapists and doctors who advise their patients to avoid injuries and live a healthier life through Pilates.

Type of lessons:

Pilates:
Pilates is a bodyweight exercise that helps to strengthen the core muscles (the supporting muscles from your lower back to the belly button), so that you will experience less or no pain in the back, neck or shoulders when lifting. You develop stronger muscles and sturdy joints that can take a beating and learn to move in a healthy way.
We mainly give Mat Pilates workouts, for beginners and advanced students in separate lessons.

Bar Pilates:
Barre is an American combination of Pilates and Ballet. This variant is a bit spicier and will challenge your muscles even more. The motivational music, in combination with an encouraging group feeling, will make that hour of sports fly by!
There are also lessons for Barre for beginners or advanced students.

Yogalates:
Do you want the benefits of Pilates, but can it all be a bit quieter? Do you want to take your Yoga workout to the next level? This is possible in our Yogalates, a class in which Power Yoga and Pilates are combined.

Yoga:
For those who have worked out hard or are looking for extra ways to relax after a whole week of hard work, our Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga classes are the place to be.
The Vinyasa Yoga class will give your body and mind peace with flowing movements.
Yin Yoga is a bit slower and allows the muscles to stretch completely and release tension in the body.
