I am already a haPoalim client, and I just wanted to open a second account I got redirected from the site when I was trying to manage a meeting with a banker about this matter (I was logged in). But the app is for new clients only. Why did you redirect me from the site? And if you did, why the app doesn't suit existing clients?

Biometric ID scan doesn't work. When I scan the back of the ID, I get an error saying "Error," and in the next step, the face recognition scans my picture... waits a 6 "processing," and then a screen with "We couldn't verify your identity " message appears. Since I reside in the USA, I cannot dial the short code customer service phone numbers.
