Continuously says "Accessibility services in your device are enabled. Please disable in the settings to continue using the app" but I don't have any such settings enabled. I've even reset all accessibility settings to default from the phone settings still gives same error and closes itself. Unusable app

Actually, it's a good idea to keep the soft token for business transactions rather than hard tokens. But this app still needs improvement. I recently stated that after logging, it's continuously scrolling and scrolling, not moving to the next screen for approval. 2 times rectified by bank, but same issue repeated in 2 days time. Dear Banker, please look into this issue and rectify it at the earliest.

Why does the app need access to photos on my device and why does it need access to my camera? Privacy concern if ask me, uninstall. Further more bank muscat blocking people who use other keyboards, some phones have tettible keyboards and users prefer third party keyboards. Same thing goes to accessibility settings, what if the client has bad eyesight and needs accessibility options turned on. Stupid decisions if you ask me, security can be implemented without locking out people.
