App has some great features but could be better. I manage 15 cameras at 15 different locations. When I get a notification for a photograph at a location I have to remember which one and then navigate the menus to that location. It would be better if, when I select a specific notification, the app took me to that location or camera. Also, the ability to manage individual camera settings in the functional menus was an added app capability.

Evidently this company has gone out of business. We stopped being able to access pics on camera since april. NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS VIA EMAIL, PHONE FB messenger and we get nothing. We finally go to Att store to get another sim card. It worked but now the app isn't working. Still no one from this company will get back with us. Ive never seen a co. operate like this. Hopefully we can get the web developer.

Update: Now you updated the app and it keeps crashing. This company is a train wreck! Please take notes from other wireless companies App features. They are more advanced, easier to use, and provide significantly more information. This app is archaic and needs updated.
