As a Blue KC member, you can download the free MyBlueKC app to help make the most of your Blue KC plan. With new and improved features, the MyBlueKC app gives you easy access to your healthcare coverage 24/7, wherever you are.

Use the app to:

• See your most recent claims
• View and share your ID card
• Find a doctor, hospital or other healthcare provider
• Track deductibles and spending account balances
• View pharmacy benefit information (if applicable)
• Connect to Health & Wellness programs
• NEW for ACA/Direct Pay Members only: Pay My Bill and ACA Rewards (for wellness points)

Features available are based on your plan and benefits.

The app supports most of our plans, but not all. Unfortunately, the app will not work for the following individuals: FEP members and Blue KC Medicare Advantage members.

Haven't been able to log in to my blue KC since open enrollment started in October. Each time I log in, app stays on "making secure connection..." Without ever granting me access. It would be super great if I could log in and update plan and payment information.

So far, I have tried to get into two different virtual appointments and neither one worked. It just keeps spinning. My appointment with my doctor was canceled, and it would not let me reschedule with him. It says I have a message, and that I should go to the message center, but there is no message center. And there is no appointment calendar so that I can clearly see what day and time my appointments are. The old virtual care app was WAY better.

I loaded this app to be able to look up providers. I am only able to find dental providers. Receive an error when trying to search in hospitals, doctors. Other aspects appear to work but not being able to find a provider negates the usefulness for me.

This update provides a minor UI fix for the login screen. Please update now to access the latest version of the MyBlueKC app. You can also turn on automatic downloads in your app settings, so your app automatically updates with each new release.
