This is a complete disaster of an App and Service!! The app is very buggy. I opened my account a month ago and still haven't received the debit card. Their engagement team never responds and when you try to call them, it hangs up automatically. Not only that! It won't let me transfer money from the account because the app is dysfunctional!! Would give a zero. Would not recommend.

The app asked me to reactivate my account by contacting customer support, after I did they said I have to visit the branch in order to that. I thought you're an "online bank". Plus the app is still full of bugs that's why I never used it in the first place.

Worst management ever, poor performance from customer service which they don't have any clue about follow-ups due to poor accountability, freeze your account without notifications which make you unable to transfer or withdraw money, receiving money which doesn't appear in your balance sheet, double charging transactions on debit cards. In short, great idea which they changed into horrible execution due to unqualified management.
