Bought the X3 because we saw it online after talking about how awesome it would be to see what we're scraping out of our own ears instead of going blind and feeling with an ear scoop. Unfortunately after multiple attempts following the instructions on the packaging as well as troubleshooting online we found out the item didn't work because some software in the device is ether broken or not installed. Per instructions it should be connected by Internet. But no matter what we did it never worked.

Terrible. Would not connect and no way of getting help for troubleshooting. Would not recommend 😕 If possible would rate 0 stars

No device WiFi found. Device light continually blinks. No connection
