An updated app is great but it's a whole new account. Frustrating that I had to create a whole new user log in with new username etc. none of the bill pay information transferred,. So have to add each payee again, and no longer can view history ( have to go online). I have to reset my password every time I use the app. 2fa is not optional, I would prefer to choose how I get my code, rather than having to use an emailed code.

I don't like entering a 6 digit code every time I want to access my account. Highly inconvenient on a cellphone. Should only have to do that the first time you login. As it is, you have to have your email app open to retrieve your code and enter it into the banking app. If you're on the go and want to do a money transfer this can be inconvenient.
