NYAS Nirvana Ayurvedic Yoga Academy was established in Taiwan in 2009 by Indian teacher Prathap and Taiwanese teacher Niseema. Nirvana in Sanskrit means the dissolution of ego, the ultimate liberation of life, and the dissolution of ego is also the spiritual source of Nirvana Yoga practice. Through India’s two ancient health care systems-Ayurveda & Siddha, the body wisdom of human ancestors is inherited, allowing yogis to learn how to "care" the soul's dwelling place, understand the manual of the body, and understand the divine nature through the philosophy of yoga Big I.
