First of all, you are welcome to download the Go Fitness App, you are about to start your fitness plan and yoga practice, and find the most suitable exercise for you.

Now, you can easily view the class schedule and teacher information, and book/cancel classes on your phone or tablet. You will also be informed of the latest events/promotions/announcements of the clubhouse as soon as possible.
The app has a built-in check-in function, and you can enter the library without contacting anyone.

Go Fitness Kenqu·Motion is an extension of Kenqu outdoor brand, providing a brand-new and professional sports space for the market and consumers.
In Go Fitness, you can freely choose the classes you like. This is an exercise space with exquisite small group classes and customized private classes for you.
Simple space planning and a new design style allow you to truly relax and decompress when entering the venue and exercising.

We include a wide variety of courses: from basic relaxation yoga, breathing and asana, hatha yoga, yin yoga, pilatis on the mat, to advanced stretching yoga, flow yoga, vitality yoga, ashtanga yoga. And featured classes like Iyengar Yoga, Hip Yoga, Yoga Wheels, Maternity Yoga…etc.

We have a team of highly experienced personal trainers who can design a short-term or long-term exercise program according to your needs and abilities, so that you can achieve your exercise goals correctly and effectively.

1-on-1, 1-on-2 Pilates equipment classes (Zenrou, Reformer)

At Go Fitness, you can experience the most professional 1-to-1 class with Pilates equipment.
We have a separate private classroom for Pilates equipment, including Gyrotonic®, and Pilates equipment such as the Reformer core bed.

1 on 1, 1 on 2 yoga classes
There are two private yoga classrooms in the museum. You can freely choose your favorite teacher for 1-on-1 yoga training, or invite your other half and friends to come to the class and enjoy a private yoga class without being disturbed.

1 to 4 Yoga Class (Company Package)
If you want to train with your good sister or office colleagues, you can also consult our sales staff for 1 to 4 private yoga classes for businesses.


Coffee Roasted Drinks
