Shaking Fitness was founded in October 2018 and is located in Xihu, Changhua. It is the first gym in Xihu area.
Xihu Town is located in the center of Changhua County. It is a traditional agricultural town famous for its grape and mutton stoves. The sports atmosphere in the town is stronger than that of other towns. However, other towns have gyms, but Xihu people can only run to other towns. Providing a place for fitness in the town became the original intention of the establishment.

Through various opportunities and support, Shaking Fitness will establish the second pavilion of Xihu in 2020.
Unexpectedly, under the impact of the epidemic and the closure of business, it once fell into silence, but just like shaking the image of a fitness tiger, it continued to break through difficulties through calm and steady strength.
After the impact of the epidemic eased, Shaking Fitness established Shaking Zhunan Store in December 2022.
Later, in July 2023, Shaking Beidou store joined and Shaking Hemei store was established.
