I would have given a zero if it had an option. App is not good and the pickup does not happen. After a lot of follow up even if the pickup takes place. They say the pickup is in transit or it has not reached or they do not have idea about the order. When they have the dart services it becomes there job to track it find out the shipment and follow up. Not the other way around where we have to follow up And the books get a sell cost of 10 rupees really!!!!!

Very bad experience, first of all they pay very less for your books.. besides this they approved my pickup on 3 may 2024 but till now pickup status shows that pickup scheduled in one week. Even there is no option to cancel the pickup or whole order. Very pathetic app.
