Prouduct itself is not bad, this app however is beyond clunky. We got the Battery Powered Camera with a Solar Panel. Programming an old VCR with the correct time was easier than setting up this camera. It constantly failed on provisioning the camera, and never established a healthy connection. You also have to pay for storage, which was not advertised anywhere on their site. You HAVE to have the cloud storage or an SD card, which it does not come with one...

We just got our Bilantan and the app seems likeit's already fully functional. Connection, setup,firmware update, and operation have all gone verysmoothly, with the app providing directions alongthe way. The look and feel of the app is verysmooth and cute. The bird photos were zoomable, sometimes you justwant a closer look. in summary, l highly recommendfor backyard bird enthusiasts.

This app is so so buggy. It's a struggle to save any settings and videos are there and then not. It's hit or miss whether you'll ever see videos again once they are recorded, or if you can even download them from the app. Notifications are spotty. It's hard to even describe to customer service what is wrong because multiple features don't function properly.
