For some time now, I've been experiencing some issues with the app. Though the data is okay but the APP itself and their customer service are very poor. I sent the sum of 3,750 to my wallet for the past 3 or 4 days now and up till this moment, the money hasn't reflect. Contacted their customer service, no response. Called but their number is switched off. Even sent them a message on WhatsApp and email but no response. You guys need to upgrade yourself as this is getting worse.

The prices for data are very cheap and the app is easy-to-use. I'm rating it 1star due to terrible customer care services and due to alot of issues I've faced with regards to wallet funding At least twice a month I experience this issue and I had to be sending messages and emails (which are never responded to, by the way) before my funds will drop. And sometimes, I may not even get my money Seriously, you need to improve if not, you'll lose customers in this competitive market

the data prices are ok, but the app is worse than any app I've ever come across, too many issues, slow, often unresponsive and complaints never attended nor rectified. credit my wallet and it won't reflect, had to move on. you guys NEED TO UPGRADE. the experience it's worse than one can think of.
