Meditation at every spiritual aspect of life. Brings much stability both spiritual and psychological balance. This meditation shines both good and dark areas. Very good! When there is awareness and harmony of both good and dark areas, the spirit is strengthened.

If you want to hear a bunch of Thai monks chanting, this is a swell app for it. On the surface, it may not seem very interesting, listening to or chanting along with ancient prayers repeated over and over… But imagine what a better place the world would be if people did this instead of, say, watching people beating each other up as a form of entertainment. (I mean, haven't we evolved at ALL, or what?) Give it a chants! (Okay, I couldn't resist.) 👋😀 🙏
