Love this bike service! Esp with the multiple discount options that make the service accessible, lots* of stations around center city, though unfortunately none in NW where I live. The app is pretty terrible unfortunately imo. Constantly glitching, not responding (terrible latency), GPS not updating to my current location, stations completely shut down so it said i had taken a bike but it did not release.. Luckily customer service has been helpful as they can with the dysfunction of the app.

Love that we can finally check out a bike through the app, although with some stations it's really hit or miss (e.g. 12th & Chestnut). Also, for some reason, after viewing trip details, the trip history has scrolled all the way to the oldest and you have to scroll all the way to the top to get to the most recent rides, making reviewing really annoying.

The bikes list in the app doesnt match the reality way too often. This is less important when a station got a kiosk terminal, cause those always work fine, but when there is no kiosk, and the app offers you to unlock #5, 6 and 8, but the only bikes actually available are 7 and 9, it really sucks big times. And before you ask, yes, i did double check it tries to list the correct station, by manually tapping on it.
