The site allowed me to create an account and took my credit card number. Then the service logged me out of both site and app next day. Never used the service. Password wouldn't take, password reset won't work. Tried a dozen times, each reset "working" while the login fails. I even called the support line... just to be hung up on. Called back and they "closed" 4lan hour early, sending me to voicemail. I'll be contesting charges if this app started a pass for me while scamming me.

Useful only for those who are in the downtown Las Vegas area. It should extend more into the surrounding neighborhoods. The app claims that a number of ebikes are available, marked by a lightning bolt on the map of the racks, but I have never seen one. The discount for SNAP card users is very generous.

Took my payment, but didn't unlock the bike. Tried unlocking the bike for 10 more minutes after that to no avail. Most frustrating 20 mins I've ever gone thru in my entire life. I'd do 0 stars if that were possible.
