If you are going to Kauai looking for restaurants and excursions, this is the app for you. It seems to be updated frequently. But, if you looking for a more "local" experience (good beaches for snorkeling or boogie boarding, farmers markets, hole-in-the-wall restaurants, etc.) this is not the app for you. Granted, the monthly subscription is only a couple dollars, so you might find it helpful. I did not.

Not sure how this has 4.9 stars, I was looking for ideas about beaches, trails, interesting sights, etc, all this seems to have is ratings and ads for paid tours, food, etc. Not useful to me. Maybe if the trial was longer I would have figured out how to make more use of the app.

Hi Dan, Sorry that you had a bad experience trying the app. I've reset your account, please try the trial again. Once your trial starts I'll add a few days to it. No ads, no commissions. I cover paid and free activities. The "Intro" button from the home screen shows more general info which is maybe more what you are looking for. Thanks! Mark

I am really impressed by the amount of incredible up-to-date information. The app is focused and in tune with local businesses. It helps so much with being able to quickly find locations, menus, pricing and hours so you don't have to wonder about any of that information. The videos are amazing, and high quality. There is a lot of talent and hard work that goes into this app. The very small fee is more than worth it. Great app!!! Thank you for this!
