Haute Wellness INC. has extensive background in health and wellness includes over 16 years of experience as a fitness trainer and corrective exercise specialist, holding esteemed certifications through both the NASM CPT and CES. She has also spent the past 15 years working as a private chef, with a focus on deep nutrition. She is a trained life and human development coach, with a deep understanding, care and intuition that allows her to identify the unique and individual needs of her clients. Her passion for research and the latest advancements in science, biotech, and holistic health allow her to stay up to date and in-tune with all of her client’s specific needs and desired outcomes.
