Hello! My name is Tanya. I have been a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach for over 8 years. I have experience training a variety of ages and fitness levels. I currently train clients between the ages of 14 and 85. I adjust my approach to each individual and take their personal needs and concerns into consideration.
