Sean Settles Fitness

Sean Settles is a Certified Integrative Movement Science Practitioner through the CHEK Institute. He also holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts and has been working with clients for over 11 years. His clientele base consists of professional and amateur athletes, college athletes, executives, military and police, marathon, triathletes, wedding prep and MORE!

Your program will include a 30 minute consultation with Sean (In person, or via Facetime or Skype). Based on the consultation, and your goals, you will receive a custom program designed for you. You will be able to use this on your own with whatever equipment you have access to. You must be looking for a serious program and willing to commit.

Upon receiving access to your program through the APP, you will have another consultation with Sean going over the program and getting clear on exactly how to use it. This includes tracking progress, specific sets/reps/tempo/rest/weights, diet and lifestyle suggestions, and ACCOUNTABILITY. You will be able to contact Sean with questions at any time.

Each month you will have a re-evaluation of your program and will be given all new progressions.
