This app does the bare minimum of what it needs to do. I can unlock a bike sometimes, but I can't buy a Day Pass, and points of interest are turned off on the Google Map layer for some reason. A map isn't very useful when it doesn't show where I am in relation to where I might want to go. Also, the dock icons could so easily indicate cycle availability and open dock availability, but they don't.

More or less gets the job done. App often says stations have bikes when they don't. App doesn't tell you when bikes are broken, you just have to find that out on your own. Reporting issues with bikes, stations, or the app is cumbersome. Love having the service, but the system in Raleigh is falling apart.

Put a $25 hold on my account for a $2.50 ride, won't let me cancel my account on the app or website to get hold amount back. I live almost 4 hours from any of these bikes and I was just in town visiting.
