very beneficial it is according to sahih ahadith i am used to listen at nights whenever my sleep disturbs very very very effective even it will effect on mood feeling better after listening it n having deep sleep it is just th Barakat of Allah Julo Shanohu ' s Kaalaam.i suggest every muslim mother shoold listen it daily with her children and don't go anywhere for dum .it is the best dum here for kids n everyone.Allah will give great reward to those who made this app aameen sum aameen .
