BeeRide - On Time

The service was good before but unfortunately is getting worse day by day. Can't book the taxi through the application now a days. During the booking process it shows "assigning driver" and suddenly the screen disappeared and showing no active booking. Happened every time currently. Is a headache to book when it's needed most or urgently. Bringing attention to the developers that kindly look after this.

I am trying to update my profile, but unsuccessfully. On the profile page my phone number is shown, when I go to edit the profile and add the rest of the data, the mobile phone number field is empty and grayed out. When I click on save it tells me to add the missing data, I am unable to add the missing data due to the field being grayed out

Unusable. It says I should complete my profile before I can book a ride, but deletes my phone number and makes the input field unusable when i click on edit. Even if I enter all required data except the phone number field which is unusable it says not all required data is entered.
