false advertising. it does not detect the location of the contacts from your phone unless the other party downloads the app. Defects the purpose of finding someone by surprise

WARNING! WARNING! I have no idea how these people got my credit card number. But they have been charging me every week for the past 4 weeks. You call their customer service. No one answers. They don't even identify themselves in the message. I am in the process of trying to dispute these charges but I have been told I may actually have to cancel my credit card.

I don't really know how to use this app. I don't know how to find someones location without paying. I would love to get some more information on how to work it without paying.
