Great service, despite the fact that my package took much longer to arrive than expected. My daughter loves her teddy bear and FIXO took great care of it in transit.

It is the worst shipping company, where they shamelessly steal your package and tell you that it did not arrive, even sending the proof of receipt that shows that the person who received it is the same person who always receives it, the customer service person is rude and negligent at least the one in San Isidro located in Plaza Mónaco.
