The app as of it's current status can be considered ok to use. It has all the features a parent/guardian needs but the problem is the interface. You need to make it more user-friendly and less occupied. So that it gives a good impression on the user. There needs to be proper loading animations that don't look like 10 years ago. Rest I am satisfied with all the features being in it, the problem is the presentation not the features.

Extremely slow processing and sometimes it's just crash. Sometimes it also do not show the result of the student. I hate this app. Pls update the app and make it faster processing app! If there will be the option of zero stars I will click it. This is the worst app. From student. Do not write in replying me that can you pls tell us in detail! This is in detail

BTSC needs to work on its app. It hangs often, and it's very difficult to sign in. Sometimes it rejects username or password for no apparent reason. The app also crashes when large number of people access it, as in result day. Overall quite frustrating to use.
