Ok here's the thing. The app probably works perfectly fine. However most phones (particularly Androids) only have one camera processor. This means that it's impossible for those phones to process two cameras at once, which results in a black screen on one side. I can't tell you if the app works or not because I only have one processor. I can tell you that the video quality does seem pretty bad on this app.

It hardly works. Great idea, but execution doesn't allow to use the camera. I like that I can position a circle of the second camera anywhere on the screen. I tried recording a video. The quality is awful, like if I was using a camera from 1990s. And what is worse, there's a huge delay with audio. It starts around 5-10 seconds later than the video. No point in using it for video recordings

Amazing!!! I found out about directors view and thought that was a cool idea especially since Im doing a lot of digital journaling now and trying to capture something everyday. However, my phone didn't come with the option on its camera app. THIS APP however worked!!! I get people saying it doesn't and as someone mentioned, if you don't have two camera processors I assume it won't. I figured this would be my case but no!!! It works amazing and it's the coolest thing ever right now!!!
