The app developers and product managers are totally stupid. The flow is so bad for initial login, first they they send sms and verify the number again through OTP then they ask one time pin that bank generates then they ask again for account and customer ID why is this required after so many verifications? Even after that it says unexpected error occured and app doesn't login. So I'm stuck with it. I'll surely close my account with this bank. Very very poor experience of the app.

१.Passbook not update after amount diposit till 4days or more. २. always error message getting when try to view amount click om eye button. ३. when we complaint go to meed help and select reason then selection of area not list getting all district in Rajasthan. ४. district is Compulsary but how to fill my district. ५. or many more mistack in application I hope this app required more testing and all bugs resolve ASAP.

I will give it 0 stars but unfortunately I can't, after many attempts I received otp,but then no activation key ,, &I'm getting the message that u have sent Me the activation key on my registered mob.no. but where is it , what the hell, this is very annoying, why u guys make such kind of app , 3rd class service ..
