Amateur hour at its finest. The app is poorly designed Biometrics keeps losing connection. This is very bad usability. They don't even care enough to fix it. If I need to upload a receipt why is my only option to take a photo? Most receipts are in pdf format from an email. Not many people one use physical receipts in 2024. Give the option to upload from your phone file system. Otherwise this app is worthless. An app shouldn't take away features from the main website.

Pretty good app for the service. I'll keep my thoughts on the service separate, but the app does have some room for improvement. The viewfinder for the camera, when using the app to directly take pictures, seems to show the primary camera on my phone but the actual photos are taken with the telephoto camera. Either that, or it zooms in a lot more with the viewfinder then the actual photo comes out to be. The UI is also a bit bland. Aside from that, it's a pretty good app!

On an Android phone, when I take pictures of receipts and it loads to the app they are usually flipped 90 degrees. The app camera can't tell if my phone is in portrait or landscape mode when taking pictures. This is very annoying. If it's going to do, this put in an editing feature so I can flip my pictures 90 degrees at a time until they are correct.
