Why are you forcing us to use your terrible app and instead letting us use the website? I can't even purchase anything from website at that why even have a website in first place? It won't even let me login even after I entered my id and password correct.

It was a good app, yet unfortunately was super slow especially when it comes to qr code pay. In recent days, it's very crucial and time saving to use this app because of cashless payment in stores. However, I'm very disappointed by the service that delays my payment process. It loads for ages! I wish there's an improvement for this app. Please fix this issue and help us.

I really really really don't want to download this app again after all the problems I faced but apparently I HAVE to download the app for certain transactions. I can't even login because it says my username & password is incorrect! But of course I can login from browser without any problems. You have so many unsatisfied customers so please find another developer & change the app!

BIMB Biz now allows overseas customers to make payments using their participating mobile banking app or e-wallet app by scanning the DuitNow QR code and currently available for travellers from Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, and China.
