-Reorder your debit card or turn it off if you’ve misplaced it.

We’ve made your accounts extra secure by adding two-factor authentication, a 4-digit passcode, along with fingerprint or facial recognition on supported devices.

To use the First Bank & Trust app, you must be enrolled in Digital Banking. Simply download the app to start the process! If you’ve already enrolled, simply download the app, launch it, and log in with your existing Online/Mobile Banking credentials.

Probably the best mobile banking app I've used, so far, of many. Great integration, fast loading, and with a visually appealing UI. The only major thing I really dislike is that around evening time the pending pre-authorization holds disappear and the app shows an incorrect available balance. During that same time in the evening, debit card purchases also seem to be affected and can decline as insufficient funds even when there is enough to cover them. It's like an EOD processing glitch.

Confused. The in app changes aren't bad. The new layout is fine, but what I'm not liking is that when I click on the app a pop-up screen saying a newer version is available and when I click on it it then takes me to the play store and I have to open the app in there. Then there is no logout to click on. I either keep click back until it closes out or clear the app from my screen and hope that actually does logout. I'm also not thrilled with a passcode. My password was harder than a passcode.

Thank you for the feedback. We believe we can help with the "new version" message. Please check to confirm you have removed the app named "FBT Mobile" as this is the old app and will prompt you to the app store. The new app is named "First Bank & Trust." Give that a try and if you continue to have issues, contact Customer Support at 800.843.1552.

Sync failed retry. Bring back the old app that actually worked. Edit: tried rebooting the app to no avail, decided to Uninstall and reinstall and now it's synced. We'll see if it stays synced or has a problem again in a couple days. Otherwise the new layout and design looks very modern and sleek so I enjoy that aspect of it.
