Too many ads. If you're going to charge for a subscription you need to follow the model of something like the New York times. Decision to put an ad in between each picture gallery was the deal-breaker for me.

If you're a subscriber you can't view the e-edition through the app. It links to the website where you have to login again. Because of this the app isn't really any different from the website.
