Smooth for one of us, stress for the other, but ended up ok for both. Results PDF is professional looking with all needed info for destinations that are strict. Tips: 1) Proctor recommended against two on one call to ensure no trouble. 2) Have a tool available to pry the battery cover off the analyzer. My proctor didn't know this workaround but it's a common one for Bluetooth issues. 3) Call toll free if there's an issue. I was scared of an invalid result when proctor left call. They helped me!

Oof, the first booking I had to take my test the person who was supposed to watch/audit it could not get the sound to work. They tried various things for half an hour to no avail. The person was not able to communicate well over text either. The second appointment I had scheduled worked well, the person was very pleasant and easy to work with, and her sound was fine. I'll adjust my rating if they actually manage to get my test back to me in time because that would be a feat.

The worst app you can ever get. As soon as you book your appointment they take money right away. I talked with support and cancelled 2 appointments because they were incorrect and only received 1 payment back. I've been talking with support almost every day to get my money back and all they say is to wait. How come then the first payment was processed right away? Avoid this app at all cost, literally.
