The app works great most the time, but it seems once a year on my work phone I have to have the IT guy uninstalled it and reinstalled into the work phone. It's because I use it so much that it crashes because the tablet I have it works and I'm not using it as much on there. I only use it on the tablet when the phone isn't working. It's a Samsung A71 and for my personal phone I have the same one with no app crashes like this....... On another note can we get a search bar PLEASE?

Average app. It works and does a great job - most of the time. The other times it crashes, and crashes without even opening. I'm glad it's not often. This time, after clearing cache and all other things I could think of, I had to delete and reinstall...works again...for now. Some may think this is a harsh review, however, when you require an app for work, you expect very much higher standards.

The app is clunk, but simple. It keeps asking me to update it and then opens up to the app store. When I close it, I get the app store page. Then, I have to hit the back button to get back on the AxisCare app itself so I can put in the information about my client. Frustrating. The messages have no notification sound. Have to keep checking it. Could use some improvement.
