My experience with your app has been atrocious. Mobile Dev even had the audacity to insinuate that my internet connection was at fault when I make video calls all day and stream without any issues. This is the only application that is giving me an issue. It has been days and I am unable to use my health benefits all because I cannot log in to this app. It scares me to think of what would happen if I have a medical emergency. Please fix this. Have mercy.

Was only able to use and log in once. Tried to log in again and is now there's a lit of pop ups with error. Also says my password is incorrect even if I just did reset it - unable to reset again due to all errors encountered.
