My phone wasn't able to see the whole screen at once, and holding it sideways didn't help. Viewing one side or the other, only, is awkward. Also, it wasn't clear if I was paying Oct and Nov amounts at once, or just October. It was confusing and unclear. So no, I'm not happy. It wasn't what I'd call user-friendly. I hope you make the app friendlier. Thanks.

App is useless. Let me pay my bill one time. Now when ever the app opens and you try to click any of the tabs it just says 'oops something went wrong.' Tried to reboot app multiple times and re-downloaded. Nothing. Shouldn't have expected much from CNG
