Keeps dropping calls. I have to use this app for work. My coworkers with iphones have no problem but it's a different story for myself, with an Android. My calls can't even connect and go through, the call will drop all the time. Sometimes I don't even get calls, I'll get a notification that I missed a call that never rang to my phone.

I downloaded the Ayava Cloud Office mobile app. It doesn't seem to work properly on my Android mobile phone. At one time I remember receiving incoming calls and my phone would show a pop-up from the AVAYA app signifying the call was a business call and not a personal call on my person mobile phone. Now it doesn't do that for some reason so I can distinguish the type of call it is anymore. I uninstalled the app fr9m mobile, reset phone and then reinstalled the app. No change. Need a fix please!

App is okay, but I have experienced a couple issues. First one is not all that bad I do hear a small clicking while on a voice call. The second issue is the application seems to randomly auto answer calls. 6 times now people have called me and the app has auto answered the call, sometimes I had no idea that it had done so as the phone was in my pocket. This is random, sometimes I have to answer the call. My phone is Samsung s20, Android 12. I'm am paranoid of my phone now...
