I had been able to login and check/pay my monthly Pay as you drive but since my renewal it's not letting me login with same credentials.

The App is too worst I purchased travel insurance from them but the app in not working well and the customer care service is also too bad. They will listen your problem but will not give you a solution and transfer your call to some unknown number that will respond to you. So am too depressed from their behavior.

Really bad, I actually wanted to see how much I used in last hospitalization as hospital still not gave bill, I am trying from last half hour but unable to log in, some time saying reset password some time asking for CNIC and replying that CNIC not valid even massage showing that helath ID is invalid, As previously all my ID preparation and registration was done in a single go, and now I am ab unable, too much bothering
