Discusting. Booked a taxi in a rural area. Didn't show up, no one answered the phone. 45 minutes later walked home. Taxi driver then picked up a friend who stayed who said I was drunk and messed him about! And black listed! Taxi on the way out was 30 mins late and never said why or sorry. Worst service ever!

Book through the app, they don't turn up. When you call through the app, you get an automated message saying they're trying to find a driver, but can't give you a time. Then what's the of using the app to pre book?

Booked a car for pick up in 2 hours. Checked the app at the time I wanted and driver was still 45 mins away. Contacted driver who informed me he's on a family job, will be 45 mins late and if I want a different driver then call the office. It's impossible to get through to the office. Avoid this company and app at all costs. Needs a 0 star option for this lot.
