Until recently I would've given this app 5 stars, but here lately I've been getting sever errors. I have had a paid subscription for 2 years and never had a problem until now. Haven't been able to log in for a week now which means I can't use my obd2. Not happy at all. Fix your software Autel!!!!!

Its taken 5 tries to get it to download at an hour each time obviously with my service on my device being 5g you should be very ashamed at your selves even after I read other also haveing this issue .. i paid for the scanner and paying per vehicle to get the diagnostic of different makes and models for 21.99 each if you break it down i probly could have saved money a guessed better at this point what my issue is.. very unsatisfied. I was super excited to own a reader that supposedly diditall

Says vehicle SO file missing everytime I try to load. Just brings me back to the app store saying to download the latest version. I have done this. Dosent work. Clearly others are having issues as well. Please fix this
